You Can Grow Your Own Way was designed by Carly Flecknoe to encourage positive recognition and celebration of neurodiversity. It raises funds for the Yellow Ladybirds.
Yellow Ladybugs is an autism-led organisation that want to build a more inclusive world for autistic women, girls and gender diverse folks through projects, training, events, education and advocacy. They are guided by their lived experiences and a commitment to neuro-affirming and trauma-informed principals.
Carly is the creator of Dot and Frankie, a Gariwerd local, and the brain child behind T-shirts that Talk. She is a mother of three neurodivergent children and is passionate about creating positive conversations around the superpowers of neurodivergence.
Carly has only recently started playing with fabric design and is enjoying exploring new talents.
